Quality guarantee

All of our pieces are made of either sterling silver or brass. All of them are 3 microns 18 k gold plated. We only use natural and semiprecious gems. Each piece is completely handmade. If you feel there is a lack of information and would like to know more,
do not hesitate to contact us.

Compliance order

All items are custom made to order in Barcelona, in an entirely handmade process. Some pieces can take up to four weeks to ship. No order goes into production without full payment in advance by the customer. If you need an emergency order, fill in the bottom line where it says “urgent order” and we will do our best to accommodate
your needs.


For shipments to all of Spain the cost of the courier is included in the final price with
a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours door to door, depending on the time of the order.
For custom or out of stock orders, delivery time may vary between 3 to 4 weeks maximum, between preparation and shipping. If the item is in stock, shipping will be within two weeks. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be held until the next business day.

International orders

Shipping costs, labor and insurance of 35€ is added to all international orders.
For international orders, the courier company may add any customs charges to the customer if any. This cost is determined by each country’s customs authorities.
If you are sending a package to a destination you are responsible for ensuring that it can be legally imported into the country of destination. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied
by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All sales are final, since all our pieces are made to order. Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report lost or damaged items. The changes will be accepted only if the piece and its packaging are in their original state. Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for returning the goods. No products that arrive used or damaged are reimbursable, so please be careful to send it back
with a reliable courier. For a refund request, please complete “return” on the subject line below.


To cancel an order you must send an email to within 24 hours of having made the request.
All pieces are made to order and once production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

Repair Policy

Any jewelry purchased through can be returned for repair within a period of one week after receipt. Repairs on jewelry may be subject to an additional charge, depending on the nature of the damage.
